In 1988, John Noh opened Sansookapsan 2 in his hometown of Queens. Since then this retail butcher shop has thrived, consistently providing the freshest, highest quality meat in town. Eventually, his qualifications led him to be a proprietor of the only Korean-American owned wholesaler, New York Meat. New York Meat is a part of the Hunts Point Cooperative Market, the world’s largest and most exclusive meat distribution market, and is fully inspected and licensed by the US Department of Agriculture.
